HORIZONTAL: Common values, civic engagement and participation
ADU: Improving the competences of educators and other adult education staff
ADU: Promoting local learning centres and innovative learning spaces
TOPICS:  European identity, citizenship and values , Inclusion, promoting equality and non-discrimination,  Cultural heritage.

Promote innovation in socio-cultural sectors and exchanges between operators, companies  and cultural institutions at local, national and international levels. 
Create a set of tools focused on the use of Heritage as training instruments favoring inclusion in the local communities,  with particular attention to the foreign citizens.
 Promote the values of Faro Convention, the active citizen participation for the preservation of and management of cultural and natural heritage.
 Acquisition of new methodologies and tools for the transmission of active citizenship and soft skills.

-Survey research done at local level on the perception of local heritage.
-Development and piloting of training tools and activities to engage local community in the active process of knoeledge, promotion and preservation of cultural and natural heritage. 
-Creation of an international net of actors involved in adult training and protection and dissemination of historical and cultural heritage .
-3 international training meeting.
-Final conference in BELGIUM.

The first target of this project are the trainers of each adult education institution. We are referring to trainers who are working on the subjects of active citizenship, social cohesion, multiculturalism, foreign languages, cultural awareness, ICT and multimedia, strategies and policies for the safeguard of cultural and natural heritage.
The secondary target group is composed by the learners in each local community.
The third target group is identified on the local communities.
