3 Participants per partner took part in the first mobilty of the project.
The first day we knew each others and presented the organization institutional activities.
The second day we have a conference for the lunch of the project with delegates and representatives of the local public administration and other socio-cultural organizations.
In the afternoon we met at Hortus Trasimeni, for a working session focused on programming the project activities, mobilities and general agenda.
The third day we went to Umbertide to discover best practices on social and cultural fields. We spent one day with disabled people who showed us their social garden. Then we visited the Abbazia of Monte Corona with the responsible of cultural office of the Municipality of Umbertide. A working session followed the visit.
The 4th day we went to Florence, where we organized a treasure heritage hunt for our partners.
The 5th day we went all together to Gubbio, for the inauguration of the exposition “Progetto Genesi: Arte e Diritti Umani”. An event that sees Italia Nostra Castiglione del Lago as main partner.

Video of the visits to Orti Felici in Umbertide. A social garden managed by disable people that cultivate vegetables for the locals, keeping biodiversity alive and spreading the feeling of common goods among the citizens.

INAUGURATION OF THE EXHPOSITION “GENESI: ART AND HUMAN RIGHTS”

Video realized in occasion of the inauguration of the exhibition of GENESI: ART AND HUMAN RIGHTS in Gubbio. An exhibition in which Italia Nostra Castiglione del Lago was co-coordinator within the project “The Power of Heritage for Civic Engagement and Lifelong Education”, inhaugurated on the 1st March 2024 during the mobility in Italy.
